Peel and Slice Fresh Ginger into about the thickness of a quarter
We use about 10-15 slices per serving
Bring Ginger and Water to a boil
Cover and reduce heat to a simmer for 15 minutes
Strain and serve with Organic Agave Nectar for a touch of sweetness
Makes 7 tablespoons of taco seasoning
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons ground cumin
4 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons pepper
Mix all the ingredients and keep in an airtight jar until you are ready to use it
Season with 3 tablespoons, more or less, per pound
Add a bit of water if needed to help the seasonings mix into the meat
This mix has great flavor and is not to spicy. Feel free to add more or less of the above to get the flavor just how you like it!
I will never buy prepackaged seasoning again!!!

2 big spoonfuls of honey
24 ice cubes
1 teaspoon turmeric
Put everything into the vita-mix or blender, and blend on HIGH
You can add more ice and drink as is
I froze everything into ice cube trays
You can add a few cubes into a glass of water or Ginger Ale for a refreshing drink.
