Korbyn’s Hockey Puck Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes about 30 Cookies

1/2 cup butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 egg

1 (3.4 oz) box of vanilla instant pudding

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cup flour

1 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Cream together butter and brown sugar

Mix in vanilla and egg

Add pudding mix, baking soda and salt until combined

Mix in flour, and then stir in chocolate chips

Scoop cookie dough into 2 tablespoon size balls onto parchment paper lined cookie sheet

Cover and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Treat muffin tins with nonstick spray

Place one cookie ball into each muffin opening

Bake 11-13 minutes

Cool 5 minutes before transferring to rack to cool completely

Store in an airtight container
