Honey & Brown Sugar Baked Ham

1 Fully Cooked, Bone In Ham

1 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons flour

2 tablespoons dry mustard

1/4 cup honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Pineapples

Cherries

Oven cooking bag

Place ham cut side down in oven bag

Add 1/2 inch of water to bag

With a sharp knife, diamond cut the ham about 1/4 inch all around

Using toothpicks to secure, place pineapples and cherries all over the ham

In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, dry mustard, honey and lemon juice

Brush mixture all over ham

Secure bag around ham with enclosed bag tie

Cut a few slits in bag so air can escape

Follow package directions for baking time that matches the weight of your ham

Let ham rest for about 15 minutes or so before slicing
