This recipe will serve 4
2 breaded chicken breasts cut up or 6 strips of breaded chicken fingers cut up or 20 ounces of popcorn chicken
2 cups orange juice
1 cup brown sugar
6 tablespoons orange marmalade
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
Cook chicken according to package directions.
To make orange sauce, combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 15 minutes or until thick.
Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 3 tablespoons of water and add to boiling liquid to thicken if needed.
Remove from heat and mix with cooked chicken
Serve with vegetable and rice of your choice
Top with sesame seeds and Chow Main Noodles
