Cut bread into 3/4 -1 inch pieces
Season to taste, I use Adobo
Spread in single layers on dehydrator trays
I dry mine for approximately 3 hours at 135 degrees
Store in an air tight container
I take my croutons and make bread crumbs out of them with my Vita-mix or you can use a chopper/blender.
None of my bread goes to waste
