Alice Chicken


3 boneless, skinless chicken breast

Worcestershire sauce


1/2 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms, optional

8 slices of crispy bacon

1 cup shredded cheese

1 cup honey mustard dressing


In a bowl, coat chicken with Worcestershire sauce.   Flip chicken around in bowl so it is all covered in the Worcestershire sauce marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour

Cook bacon in a skillet until it is crispy

Preheat oven to 350

Drain fat from skillet and cook chicken 4 minutes a side

In a small pan, sauté onions and mushrooms until they are soft

Grease a 9×13 baking dish

Add chicken, top with honey mustard dressing, onions and mushrooms

Cover and bake 20 minutes

Remove foil, top with cheese and bacon

Back in the oven until cheese melts
