Creamed Eggs


Recipe makes 3 servings

6 hard boiled eggs, peeled

1/4 cup butter

1/4 cup flour

1 1/2 cup milk

Salt, pepper and paprika to taste

6 slices toast

Chop the eggs into small pieces and set aside.

Melt the butter in a saucepan set over medium heat. Stir in flour until smooth.

Very slowly mix in the milk so that no lumps form.

Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.

Mix in the eggs. Serve over toast and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
